Governance & Voting
Board, town-hall, and committee meetings with an agenda builder, published minutes, public-comment queues, and formal votes with quorum and proxy support.
Boards get clarity. Managers get scale. Residents get a portal they actually use.

Board, town-hall, and committee meetings with an agenda builder, published minutes, public-comment queues, and formal votes with quorum and proxy support.
Announcements, a community feed, direct resident-to-board messaging, email and push notifications with digests, and a monthly community sentiment pulse.
311-style service requests with SLAs, architectural (ARC) applications and review, violations with notices, cure periods, and fines, and amenity reservations with approvals.
Online dues, assessments, fines, and fees by card or ACH with recurring autopay and owner vs. renter billing routing — powered by Stripe Connect.
A document library with board, owner, and public tiers, read-acknowledgement tracking, full-text search, and a complete audit trail.
Address-verified roster and property registry, owner and renter tracking, a vendor directory with ratings and screening, plus a community website and new-resident guide.
AI built into MyFrontYard and grounded in your community's own documents — from setting up a new community to answering residents' questions.
Groundwork reads your declaration, bylaws, rules and amendments, recommends the settings they call for — showing the exact passage behind each one — then brings in your amenities, homes and residents and prepares the invitations. From an empty community to ready for residents in about half an hour.

Residents and board members ask in plain language and get an answer with a citation into the community's own documents — or an honest "the documents don't say." No more digging through a 90-page declaration.

Residents are matched against your homeowner roster and verified by address before they get access — so every vote, request, and comment comes from a real member.
Property managers oversee every community from a single account with inherited access and a unified inbox. 40 communities, one login — not 40
Meetings, agendas, minutes, public-comment queues, and formal votes with quorum and proxy support — first-class workflows, not a folder and a calendar.
Native iOS and Android apps with push notifications for meetings, requests, and urgent alerts keep residents engaged where they actually are.
Residents self-serve for documents, requests, payments, and reservations — inbound volume drops dramatically.
Digital records, acknowledgements, and a full audit trail satisfy legal, election, and reporting requirements.
One platform, one login, and consistent processes across every community you manage — onboard new ones in minutes.
