Chief Executive Officer
Chad is a growth-focused sales and business leader with more than two decades of experience driving revenue for cloud, cybersecurity, and managed services companies. He has led regional and national sales organizations where he closed multimillion-dollar enterprise agreements and consistently ranked among the top performers nationwide.
A serial entrepreneur, Chad founded Paribus Labs and Global Domination Esports, securing $5.5M in seed funding and building go-to-market strategies for emerging technology markets.
He is a U.S. Navy veteran and holds a B.S. in Economics from the University of Maine, along with a Professional Coaching Certification from the University of Miami.
Anthony Engel
Chief Technology Officer
Tony is a hands-on technology executive with 25+ years architecting and building cloud, cybersecurity, and AI platforms. Most recently Director of Solutions Engineering at Continent 8, he designed AI-powered platforms using private LLMs and RAG architectures that transformed customer engagement and cut proposal times by 60%. Through his consultancy, Hyperhaze, he has served as fractional CTO and CISO to startups and SMBs, building secure multi-tenant SaaS platforms end to end.
Tony holds a Master of Science in Information Technology Management from Barry University and top industry certifications including CISSP, CCSP, and Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert. He is a U.S. Army veteran and was a member of Florida's first Computer Emergency Response Team.
Jack Blood
Board Member
Jack is an accomplished aerospace and defense executive with more than 20 years' experience leading business operations, advanced technology programs, and strategic growth across DoD and commercial markets. His career includes $1B+ strategic captures and $100M+ P&L guiding complex organizations through modernization, expansion, and competitive repositioning.
Jack currently serves on several boards and brings deep expertise in M&A integration, with a proven ability to accelerate strategic growth, strengthen underperforming operations, and build high‑performance teams that deliver sustained results in demanding environments. A military veteran, Jack has managed F-18 Hornet fighter aircraft maintenance and piloted AH‑1 Cobra and AH‑64 Apache attack helicopters.
